Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns or exchanges.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Motherboards are returnable for replacement only.
Please keep in mind that ordering by the model number and not the actual part number on the original part could cause wrong item shipped. There is more than one part number for each laptop or computer part.
When a return is received and we find that we shipped you the exact part number you ordered or compatible part, then there will be a 20% restocking fee off the item cost. Shipping cost is not refundable.
We do record serial and/or warranty numbers on items shipped. Therefore, if we receive a product other than what we shipped or a product that doesn’t have our recorded information on it, we will ship the item back to the customer.
